Our whole production links are divided into the Model department,the Wax department, the Metal department, the Porcelain department, the Steel Care department, the Glue Care department, the Quality Control department and Office. Each department is leaded by an experienced maneger, and each department has close links with other.

The production procedure, management and product standard are all adopt modern assembly line, each procedure are controlled by technical guidance and quality control personnel to ensure the products quality. And after the dental products are completed, they will be sent to the Quality Control department, to accept the final examination. For example: the working team of PFM. First group is Plaster Group, they are responsible for fixing the tooth root, filing model and adjust occlusal frame. then the second group is Wax irrigation Group. So if the first group do not do welll, then the next group will reminder them to re-make or modify, then the working go ahead like this step by step. so in fact each product was inspect by technicians at every working step.

On the other hand in our factory the dental technicians were classified into Primary student, Mediate technicians and high-ranking dental technicians according to their technology experience. The primary student mainly study one procedure of dental making. then the mediate technicians make the easy dentures, and inspect by high- ranking dental technicians before deliver. the complicated dentures main made by high-ranking dental technicians.

At the last our translater and some sales also are familiar making dentures. so can understand the customer's meaning more better and right.
